If you postpone without providing a new date, all services pause until one is confirmed. To transfer your booking, a $75 date-change fee applies for each new date, pending availability.
If you cancel entirely, all fees paid are non-refundable. All postponements and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
E-transfer or major credit cards through Honeybook only. We do not accept American Express. Cash can be paid day of if arranged and agreed to prior.
Tipping is optional but always appreciated. While some companies apply a mandatory gratuity, Makeup by Mylynn leaves this to the client's discretion. A tip of 15-20% is customary and can be given in cash directly to your artist(s).

Hygiene and sanitation are taken extremely seriously.
All products are sanitized with 70% isopropyl alcohol before, during, and after every appointment. Brushes are thoroughly cleaned between clients and deep sanitized regularly to maintain the highest professional standards.
Great makeup starts with great skin. A consistent skincare routine ensures a smooth, long-lasting application. A prep guide will be sent before your appointment, and skincare clinic recommendations are available if needed.
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and fully dried hair, washed twice, conditioned and blow-dried the night before. We cannot guarantee long-lasting results if these steps aren’t followed.
Makeup by Mylynn operates as a trained team of artists who specialize in the MBM signature soft glam style. Each artist is trained to deliver the same refined, long-wear results our brand is known for.
Requests for specific artists, including Mylynn herself, are accommodated when available.
We understand that not everyone has the time or budget for a preview, but we highly recommend it for clients who are unsure of their vision. A preview provides an opportunity to experiment with different looks and ensure you feel confident in your choice. We suggest booking your trial at least 1 to 2 months prior to your wedding day.

Based on desired ready time, Mylynn may not be able to service all clients but will have trusted and skilled artists assist if needed.
In the case that assistants are needed, Mylynn may fully complete the Bride’s hair and makeup services (upon request) and other guests based on requested services and best flow for timeline.
